Atlantic Sunrise Blend

A tri-continental blend that opens with tart lemon and red berries—raspberry, strawberry—over a clean, tea-like body. The roast is light enough to preserve the fruit, but structured enough to hold it together through a full cup. Brew as pourover or filter coffee to let the acidity shine; espresso will flatten the delicate citrus notes.
